Acceptance of Terms

By using Mommy Labs Dx ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Mommy Labs Dx helps patients identify potential overcharges on prenatal lab bills. You provide details about your lab bill (lab name, test name, billing code, charged and billed amounts), and our system compares those charges against publicly available pricing data to generate a personalized savings report, including a negotiation script you may use when contacting your lab's billing department.

Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

Mommy Labs Dx provides informational bill analysis only. We are not a medical provider, insurance company, law firm, or financial advisor. Nothing in your report constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on your report.

Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of your savings report depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. We do not verify the information you enter against your actual bill. You are responsible for ensuring the lab name, test name, codes, and amounts you submit are correct.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful pricing comparisons, we do not guarantee that you will receive any specific discount, refund, or adjustment from your lab or insurance provider. Outcomes depend on the policies and discretion of third parties we do not control.

Payment

The Service charges a one-time fee of $20 per analysis, processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required before your full report is released. Refunds are eligible upon proof of denied savings that are not three times higher than the one-time fee of $20 for up to 90 days. Please contact our team to initiate this process.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing info

  • Use the Service only for your own bills, or bills you are authorized to manage

  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mommy Labs Dx and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to disputes with labs, insurers, or billing departments, or any financial outcome of using the negotiation script provided.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mommy Labs Dx from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials on mommylabsdx.com, including the savings report format and negotiation script templates, are the property of Mommy Labs Dx and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Change to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
