When you use Mommy Labs Dx, you type in a few details from your prenatal lab bill — the lab name, test name, billing code, and amounts charged. We do not collect, upload, or store any bill document, image, or file. The information you enter may include:

  • Lab company name

  • Test name and billing code (e.g. CPT)

  • Charged and billed dollar amounts

How We Use Your Information

We use your bill solely to perform the analysis you requested. Specifically, we:

  • Read and extract line items from your bill using AI

  • Compare those charges against publicly available pricing data

  • Generate a personalized savings report for you

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond the analysis you paid for.

How We Protect Your Information — Zero-Storage Design

Mommy Labs Dx is built so that no document or file ever leaves your device. You only type in test names, codes, and dollar amounts — nothing else is collected. This data is processed entirely in memory and discarded once your report is generated.

Disclosures We Do Not Make

We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose your PHI to:

  • Third-party advertisers or data brokers

  • Insurance companies

  • Employers

  • Any party not essential to delivering your analysis

We may disclose PHI only if required by law (e.g., a valid court order or government mandate), and only to the minimum extent required.

Your Rights

  • Right to know — You may request information about how your data was used during your session

  • Right to withdraw — Because we do not store your data, there is nothing to delete after your session ends — your data is already gone
